Detach

It will soon be time for the leaves to detach themselves from the trees.
Though not yet I hope as I have partying & holidaying to do!

    I love the forest and this piece flows its intricate, rich beauty. (I once spent some time examining the forest floor with a 10X magnifying glass--your piece happily reminds me that experience!)

    so beautiful nicky! yes, soon it will be leaf detachment time. it's a bittersweet transition: i love autumn, but not the season that follows it! great illustration :)
